SIBA Adds Bookstore Directory, Showcase to Website
Did you know? Since SIBA launched its new website just before Christmas, its bookstore membership has grown by almost 10%! SIBA reached its membership milestone of 300 member bookstores at the beginning of November. As of February 12, 2026, bookstore membership stands at 329.
One of SIBA's goals for its new website is to bring its member bookstores front and center, showcasing the vibrant nature of Southern bookselling. A special section of featured booksellers and a searchable store directory have been added to SIBA's website homepage, making it easy to find bookstores in any part of SIBA territory.
Featured Stores will rotate weekly, but bookstores must have uploaded a store logo to their profile to be included.
The SIBA Bookstore Directory is available to the general public, and can be filtered by city or state, or viewed as a map to find bookstores in your immediate area. Bookstore business addresses, website, and social media channels are accessible, but phone numbers and emails are not.
SIBA invites its member bookstores to visit the directory, view their store listing, and search for other bookstore members in their area.
