SIBA 2026 Orientation Video and Highlights

SIBA's first orientation of 2026 is now available to view. It includes an overview of SIBA's newly launched website and a rundown on some of the changes and reorganization. The emphasis is on where to find information on member benefits, especially for bookstore members.

Among the topics covered are:

• Ways to connect with SIBA and stay informed, including newsletters, weekly letters from the Executive Director, eblasts, and how to connect with the SIBA staff and board via the new website.
• An overview of the benefits listed under "Booksellers," including descriptions of some important upcoming programs such as March Madness 2026 and SIBA's seasonal catalog program.
• A guide to member profile pages (called "Member Compass"), what information can be found there, and how bookstore owners can manage their store listings and employee access.
• An introduction to some of SIBA's consumer-targeted marketing programs for bookstores, and how they can be used both in-store and online to generate sales and raise store visibility.
