NVNR Hotel Wait List
In the wake of opening NVNR 2026 for registrations, several people have reported that the conference hotel room block has sold out. However, only the pre-event night of July 31st is currently unavailable. Rooms are available for all the nights of the conference: August 2-5.
NVNR has created a wait list for conference attendees who can't reserve rooms on the dates they need. Attendees can use this waitlist form to request extensions on their hotel reservations within the conference dates. The wait list will be provided to the hotel, which will do its best to meet all requests. The NVNR Team works closely with the hotel to ensure room availability. It is not unusual for more rooms to be added to the conference block to meet demand, especially as the date of the conference approaches.
What to do if the night you need is not available:
Go ahead and make your reservation for the nights that are available. If you want to come in early, make your reservations for August 1-5.
Use NVNR's Hotel Wait List to request the extra night or nights you need. You will be contacted if a room becomes available. Have your hotel confirmation information available when you fill out the form; it will help speed things along.
