Orders are now open for bookstores for the 2026 Summer Reading gift catalog. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the 2026 Summer Reading catalog is a cornerstone for store seasonal marketing plans and an invaluable tool for attracting new customers.
The cover of the 2026 catalog is by illustrator James Munro, and comes from The Worried Book, written by Howard Pearlstein and published by Red Comet Press.
What is the SIBA/RAMP Gift Catalog program?
One of SIBA's most popular and cost-effective member benefits, SIBA's catalog program provides bookstores with summer and winter printed gift catalogs free of charge. Catalogs come with a full complement of supporting marketing materials, including digital versions for store websites, downloadable and shareable graphics for social media and in-store signage, and easy-to-reference Edelweiss collections to help with orders and restocking. Catalogs are a key tool in helping bookstores reach new customers.
Bookstores can order a box of 500 summer catalogs at no cost, as well as a dedicated store page of the digital edition for online promotions. Extra boxes can be ordered at cost.
What is RAMP?
The Regional Association Marketing & Promotion (RAMP) is a consortium that includes SIBA along with the New Atlantic Independent Booksellers Association (NAIBA), Great Lakes Independent Booksellers Association (GLIBA), and the California Independent Booksellers Alliance (CALIBA). The regional bookselling associations combine their resources and work together to produce professionally-designed gift catalogs with national reach and still tailored to each region's market.
