Industry News,

April 30, 2026 — Batch for Books is pleased to announce its newest publisher partnership,
with W.W. Norton & Company, reflecting the continued growth of its network and its ongoing
commitment to providing bookstores and publishers with a simpler, more efficient way to
manage invoices and payments.

“We’re excited to welcome W.W. Norton & Company to Batch,” said Fraser Tanner, Batch for
Books Inc. C.E.O. “Each new publisher partnership strengthens the overall network, creating
greater efficiency and value for bookstores and publishers alike. Norton’s participation reflects
a shared commitment to improving workflows and supporting a healthier and sustainable
bookselling ecosystem, and we know our indie bookstore partners will be thrilled to see them
join the Batch network.”

Batch for Books offers an intuitive, paperless platform that helps independent bookstores
streamline invoice management and payment processes. The service is currently trusted by
over 575 bookstores across the United States and continues to grow.

Julia Reidhead, Chairman and President of W. W. Norton & Company, remarked, "We are
thrilled finally to be live on Batch for Books. Our independent bookseller partners have
requested a simple, online process to track and manage their invoices, and Batch for Books is
our answer to that request."

The addition of W. W. Norton & Company to Batch for Books’ network complements its
existing partnerships with Arcadia Publishing, Blackstone Publishing, Gardner’s US, Hachette,
HarperCollins, Independent Publishers Group, Macmillan Publishing Services, Microcosm
Publishing, Penguin Random House, and Simon & Schuster.

“Our publisher partnerships are central to Batch’s continued growth,” Nathan Halter, US
Operations Manager added. “By bringing more trading partners onto a shared platform, we’re
helping create a more efficient, transparent, and sustainable process for everyone involved.”

“We’re thrilled to have Norton’s participation in Batch,” said Allison K. Hill, CEO of the
American Booksellers Association (ABA). “Norton’s leadership in the industry, embodiment of
the independent spirit, and ongoing support of independent bookstores make them an obvious
partner for this invaluable tool that frees booksellers up to sell more books.”

W. W. Norton & Company expects to be fully integrated with Batch during 2026. Bookstores
