Lunch and Learn: a SIBA Industry Partner Series

SIBA’s Lunch & Learn series brings industry partners to SIBA booksellers to share tips on the best ways to work together to save time, take advantage of benefits, and sell more books. The series will feature presenters from key organizations in the book industry, including publishers, vendors, and non-profits, whose services have been widely adopted by booksellers.

Events will take place approximately once a month on Wednesdays, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. on Zoom. It is free to SIBA members.  Bring your lunch, notebook, and questions!

Edelweiss is excited to share more about Omnibus, a modern bookstore operating system that combines Square with essential bookselling tools. Omnibus works alongside Square to support key bookstore workflows, including inventory management and replenishment, direct electronic ordering from publishers and vendors, and integration with Edelweiss catalog and analytics. In this session, Dave Lucey, Director of Omnibus Adoption & Ecosystem Partnerships at Edelweiss, will discuss how Omnibus streamlines bookstore operations within a single, purpose-built platform.
