The American Booksellers Association (ABA) will host both an Efficiency Session and a Bookseller Forum Friday, March 25th of the Spring Book Show at the Cobb Galleria, Atlanta, GA. Starting at 8:30am and ending at 11:30am, ABA will deliver the education and opportunities for input that you crave.  ABA's own Dan Cullen will facilitate both sessions.

Friday, March 25th 

8:30 - 9:45am Efficiency 101: Getting Your Act Together  - ROOM 102
In order to manage your business efficiently, you need specific organizational skills. This seminar will provide the right tools to evaluate how you spend your time and to create personal systems that will keep you on the right track. 

10 -11:30am  ABA Bookseller Forum - ROOM 102
At the ABA Bookseller Forum, booksellers can meet with ABA staff and members of the ABA Board of Directors to discuss industry issues, voice concerns and offer input on the future direction of ABA, and receive updates on ABA programs and initiatives.

Saturday, March 26th
On Saturday morning, March 26th, SIBA (Southern Independent Booksellers Alliance) will host two 90 minutes (8:30 - 10am) Roundtable discussions for Booksellers - one focused on large stores and another on small stores.  Both sessions will be solution-oriented and idea-crammed! Come with all of your challenges and fixes to share with other booksellers!

8:30 - 10am Large Store Roundtable Session for Booksellers -  ROOM 103
Booksellers Linda Barrett Knopp from Malaprops Bookstore & Cafe; and Emily Bell of Page & Palette will facilitate the Large Store Session.  Large stores are defined as more than 25 employees and/or more than 4,000 square feet.  Crammed with ideas and oriented to solutions, come armed with challenges and fixes to share with other booksellers!

8:30 - 10am Small Store Roundtable Session for Booksellers - ROOM 104
Booksellers Kelly Justice from Fountain Bookstore; and Jeff McCord of Bound to be Read Books will facilitate the Small Store Session.  Small stores are defined as less than 25 employees and/or less than 4000 square feet.  Crammed with ideas and oriented to solutions, come armed with challenges and fixes to share with other booksellers!

Breakfast will be available both mornings beginning at 8 am.
