Event Forms:
Fountain Event Worksheet: A worksheet designed
by Fountain Bookstore to evaluate the profitability of both on and
off-premises events, whether or not they are staffed by the store.
The form can be used as a way to track the results of book purchases,
discounts and sales, and would be especially useful as a record
when dealing with repeat events done in cooperation with outside

Conference/Off Premises Event Contract: A sample
contact used by Bristol Books for off premises events. The terms
were designed so that even with unpredictable or low sales, the
