ABA Online Forums Provide Opportunities for Networking & Document Sharing The Idea Exchange Forums on the American Booksellers Association's trade website, BookWeb.org, are the ideal place for ABA member booksellers to network online with colleagues, to direct questions to the ABA Board and staff, and to share thoughts about ABA's educational programming, BookSense.com, and the various inventory control systems in use at member stores. In addition, a new feature in the Education Forum allows booksellers to upload (and download) business forms and other documents that they wish to share with fellow booksellers. And the Bookstore Photo Gallery is the place to upload photographs of bookstores and displays to share with colleagues and ABA/ Book Sense staff. ABA's online forums, at www.bookweb.org/ideaexchange/, are open to the owners and staff of all ABA member bookstores. (Use your store's ABA ID number to create a User Name and Password at "Register for BookWeb" on the homepage.) You can also customize your forum experience through the "My Profile" feature, which, among other things, allows you to create "Watches" of your favorite forums and threads. When you create a "Watch," you'll receive a daily e-mail notification whenever there is activity on any of your favorites.
